Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Based on feedback from attendees, the Board and Volunteers have elected to move the event to 4:00 PM, so that families may attend Palm Sunday services without conflict.

Due to the severe weather forecast for Saturday, the Board and Volunteers have elected to move the event to Sunday, April 2nd.

Additional Information

Please join the Madison Park Neighborhood Association of Charlotte, as we host our annual Easter Egg Hunt at Madison Central Park.  Volunteers will set up the event prior to an 4:00 PM ET start of the festivities.  Three sections of the park will be roped off for different age groups (6+, 3-5, <3), and each age group will be run separately. This year we will be introducing an, “egg pool” (like a ball pit) for infants (the pictures should be hilarious).  Games (e.g., Cornhole, etc.) and light refreshments will be provided to keep the little ones entertained while they wait for their run time.

Once all of the Easter Eggs have been collected, they may be traded in for a bag of goodies (the Association will be providing allergy-free treats).  Additionally, for each age group, there will be two (2) regular Golden Easter Eggs, and one (1) special Golden Easter Egg, which may be redeemed for special prizes.
